Main structure of ring network cabinet

The ring network cabinet is composed of a busbar room, a three-station load switch room (or circuit breaker room), a cable room, an operating mechanism, an interlocking mechanism, a low-voltage control room, and a measuring or measuring circuit. Each compartment is separated by a steel plate to prevent the faulty part from affecting the adjacent room. 1) Busbar room
The busbar compartment is arranged in the upper part of the cabinet, in which the main busbars are connected together and run through the entire row of switchgear cabinets. The busbars are horizontally arranged and can be easily expanded. .
2) Load switch room
The load switch room is equipped with a three-station load switch. The outer casing of the load switch is made of epoxy resin. The SF6 gas is filled with arc extinguishing and insulating medium. Two transparent thermoforming products are arranged at the leading end of the operating shaft. A plastic end cap through which the state of the contacts can be observed. 3) Cable room

4) Operating mechanism, interlocking mechanism and low pressure control room
The low pressure chamber with interlocking also functions as a control panel. 1. Operating sequence of the operating mechanism
1) Manual operation of the load switch
a load switch closing
Place the load switch position indicator in the position shown in (1) of Figure 5. Place the selector in the operating position, as shown in (2) in the figure, and check that the notch of the shaft should be downward, as shown in (3) in the figure. When the fuse is blown or electrically operated to open the switch, when the rotary notch is in the left position, the operating handle must be inserted into the hole, and the rotary groove should be turned counterclockwise to the downward position (with "beep"). Insert the operating handle into the hole, align the guide key with the shaft notch, and turn it 80 clockwise. Left and right until it is closed. If the switchgear is equipped with a double-spring operating mechanism, the torque must be increased when the end point is rotated until the switch is finally closed. The operation should be completed continuously.
b. Opening of the load switch
Place the load switch position indicator in the position of (1) in Figure 6. The selector is placed in the position of (2). Check that the shaft should be at the position of (3). Insert the operating handle into the hole, align the guide key with the shaft notch, and turn 80 counterclockwise. Left and right until the switch is turned off.

3. Maintenance and maintenance
The switchgear is maintained and maintained under normal conditions - the general time limit is three years. The single-elastic and double-elastic operating mechanisms of the load switch require no maintenance and do not require any lubrication. The relay protection device shall be verified according to the requirements of the manufacturer before it is put into operation.
Specific maintenance measures are carried out as follows:
a. Tighten all electrical connectors (main busbars, switches, cables, meters, etc.) as required in the installation instructions.
b. Clean all parts (load switch, line switch, trip mechanism, motor, etc.) with a vacuum cleaner and perform visual inspection.
c. Perform one-time closing and opening operation on all switches, including grounding switch.
d Turn on the auxiliary control power supply (do not give the remote control signal) for an electrical sequence operation.
e. Clean the busbar compartment and cable compartment. Open the upper part of the cabinet and clean the insulation part of the load switch and the busbar.
Wipe clean with a clean soft cloth. Use a small amount of alkaline cleaner to clean dirt and dirt. Then use a cleaning cloth to wash with water. Finally, dry the surface with a dry cloth and clean the cable compartment (bottom of the load switch, transformer, busbar and line switch, etc.) in the same way.
Note: Do not use chloroform, carbon tetrachloride or various types of alcohol for cleaning. Acceptance requirements: All components should be in good condition, and there should be no obvious discharge marks, and there should be no obvious overheating at the joint contact surface. Any unqualified parts should be replaced.
